The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 112 "An Act                                        
imposing a tax on residents of regional educational attendance areas;                               
and providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced                                 
with                                                                                                
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 112(FIN) "An Act                                                   
          relating to a tax on residents of and individuals                                         
          employed in regional educational attendance areas                                         
          and to permanent fund dividend applications; and
